Dear friends,

Lots of people don’t know what to think when they hear Jin Shin Jyutsu for Animal Companions.  I love when they ask me how to do martial arts with cats! Or is it a supplement? Or they imagine it’s another kind of training, a way to “get” an animal to do something.

But it’s none of that.

In a recent class, a student placed her hands gently on the back of a goat at a sanctuary. The goat closed his eyes and leaned against her, so deeply relaxed he almost toppled over. Later, the student said: “I came here to learn how to help animals, but I feel like the animals are teaching me how to BE.”

That’s the difference. Jin Shin Jyutsu with animals is not about fixing, controlling, or teaching tricks. It’s about creating harmony— first within yourself, and then in the relationship you share with every living being around you.

September 19-21, 2025    Join us at Muddy Paws Farm Rescue in Southampton, New Jersey - home to over 100 rescued animals - horses, donkeys, dogs, goats, cattle, chickens, geese, roosters, turkeys, peacocks and more. You’ll learn JSJ hands-on while sharing the work with a true family of beings.

September 27-November 15, 2025  Online Deep Dive into the Depths

A seven-week immersion into the Depths  and the adaption of the anchor steps of the 12 organ flows for animals. This will give you a vibrant understanding of how to take the work to a profound level with multiple species. It is perfect for those who want to take the work at your own pace and have materials you can revisit until February 15, 2026.  Online using Teachable platform with 5 Zoom gatherings (recorded) to share and answer questions. Twice weekly video drops, along with study guides and practice work.

This course is valuable for those new to Jin Shin Jyutsu as well as recent- or long-time practitioners.

💫  At my “home” refuge for the prettiest time of the year!

October 9 - 12, 2025, Freeport, FL.  At Alaqua Animal Refuge in Freeport, a place dear to my heart, you’ll join the daily of a sanctuary that has given thousands of animals second chances. This longer format class allows for time to sink in, like a retreat. We’ll have labyrinth walks, and weather permitting, time for self-help on the crystal beaches nearby.
