Lots of Good News about Animals and JSJ

Hello my friends!

I remember my Nana always called these extra hot days “the dog days of summer” because she said it was a hot as dog’s breath.  Well since it is that hot…what a good reason to talk about dogs… cats… horses… goats, chickens, sheep, donkeys and Jin Shin Jyutsu!  (If you read to the end of the email, I promise you will smile.)

There are lots of exciting ways coming up to learn and share the Art and I hope you will be able to join us. 

I am headed up to southern New Jersey to teach a 3-day class at Muddy Paws Farm Rescue in Southampton, New Jersey on September 6, 7 and 8, 2024 (Friday-Sunday).

But what if there is no way you can get away to New Jersey for 3 days… and you know you want to continue the fun of sharing JSJ with animals? Have no fear because I have a totally different offering that might just fit into your world!  I am offering an on-line Deep Dive into the Depths class starting on Sept 14, 2024 and running thru Nov 2.

This is an in-depth study of the Depths, and the adaptation of the anchor steps of the 12 organ flows for animals. This will give you a vibrant understanding of how to take the work to a profound level with multiple species. We us the simple Teachable platform with 5 Zoom gatherings (recorded) to share and answer questions. There are twice weekly video drops, along with study guides and practice work. You have access to the videos for 6 months.

The Zoom classes are at 11 a.m. -12 p.m. Eastern on the following Saturdays: 9/14/24, 9/21/24, 10/5/24, 10/19/24, 11/2/24. Each will be recorded and uploaded to Teachable so attendance is not mandatory!

** if 8 German speaking students enroll, I will add a separate Zoom class earlier in the day, where our new faculty member, Simone Dericks will translate and answer questions along with me.

A little bit more dog news….

By now, many of you may have heard about the program I started thru Alaqua Animal Refuge, where a group of volunteers and I take shelter dogs to a senior living center for a fun-filled JSJ love fest. Well, one particularly perfect sweet mid-aged, mid-sized dog came with us for every single visit.  She was so good natured with dogs, residents, and even cars. Every month I hoped she would not join us again because she had left the refuge. But each month, there she was… wagging and ready to show all the other dogs just what to do. I kept writing up stories about her and posting pictures. Still she sat for 8 long months…. Till the magic happened! A family read the write ups about her and set up a “meet and greet.” They took her home for a “sleep over”… and adopted her yesterday!  I am crying even as I write this.  This is how it happens… love triumphs one animal at a time!
