New and Different Ways to Study

Hello my friends!

I was one of those kids who really loved the beginning of the school year!  Besides getting a new box of crayons, I always thought learning was just plain fun. So as September begins, I am excited to announce 2 new and different ways to study and share Jin Shin Jyutsu with all the animals around you!  Read on for all the details.

The first class is:

Online - Dive Deep into the Depths Class Sep 14-Nov 2, 2024

This is an in-depth study of the Depths, and the adaptation of the anchor steps of the 12 organ flows for animals. This will give you a vibrant understanding of how to take the work to a profound level with multiple species. We us the simple Teachable platform with 5 Zoom gatherings (recorded) to share and answer questions. There are twice weekly video drops, along with study guides and practice work. You have access to the videos for 6 months.

The Zoom classes are at 11 a.m. -12 p.m. Eastern on the following Saturdays: 9/14/24, 9/21/24, 10/5/24, 10/19/24, 11/2/24. Each will be recorded and uploaded to Teachable so attendance is not mandatory!

** if 8 German speaking students enroll, I will add a separate Zoom class earlier in the day, where our new faculty member, Simone Dericks will translate and answer questions along with me.

In-person 4-day class at beautiful Alaqua Animal Refuge Oct 10-13, 2024

Alaqua Animal Refuge on the Emerald Coast near Destin, FL is such a unique and special place to begin or mature your JSJ for Animal Companions education. I’ve worked and taught there for the last 14 years and each class is highlighted by a deepening understanding of this Art with so many different species.

It includes classroom instruction, practicing self-help (some at the beach, weather permitting) and lots of hands-on practice with the domestic and farm animals – dogs, cats, horses, donkeys, goats, tortoises, among others – who live at Alaqua while waiting for their future families.
