I am writing to you about a pretty unique event coming up this weekend, Friday Oct 28 and Saturday Oct. 29. I am so very touched and excited to be teaching a 6-hour class (3 hours each afternoon) with Wayne Hackett and Carlos Gutterres. We will be focusing our study on the best “tools” you can have when you want to share the Art of Jin Shin with the animals in your world. While I have been studying and sharing this work with animals for over 30 years, the idea first came to me in my first 5-day class with Wayne Hackett outside of Boston in 1989, when I asked him if it “worked with animals?” And he replied that his cats liked it. That sentence started everything for me! It is truly an honor to teach with these 2 men, whom I believe have some of the deepest grasp of the work in the whole world.

We will be looking at some of the gems of the Art of Jin Shin that transfer over to the animal work with ease, after studying and applying them as self-help. They open doors to connection, bonding, communication and harmonizing.  You may have worked with them before - Initial Centering flow, Bladder, Spleen (of course) and Main Central, with the 4 variations for the animals. This opportunity to study these few flows in depth will enrich your self-help practice, your professional practice as well as how you share with the animals. I am sure you will look at them anew, full of wide-eyed wonder and aha’s and a deeper understanding of all the connections as you hear Wayne and Carlos share their vast knowledge of the Art with you, me and the animals.

Wayne Hackett

The Art of Jin Shin has been a central focus of Wayne’s life for over 40 years.  In 1977, he met Mary Burmeister and was introduced to Jin Shin Jyutsu, the Art that shaped his life since then. Wayne has been traveling throughout the world presenting the Art of Jin Shin since 1990. Wayne has a particular fascination with the esoteric significance of symbols (numbers) and cosmic geometry (planetary relationships).

Carlos GutterresCarlos has been an instructor in Jin Shin Jyutsu® since 2000, during which time he has taught in 27 countries, in Portuguese, English, and Spanish. In 2004, he organized the 1st Jin Shin Jyutsu International Forum in Brazil, bringing together Jin Shin Jyutsu instructors and practitioners from around the world. (I was honored to be invited as one of the Forum speakers.). From an early age, Carlos has studied Eastern and Western philosophy and mythology. Carlos is the author of 5 books about spiritual and vibrational harmonizing.
